What is a printed catalog?

Printed catalogs are used for displaying companies products for sale through mail order or as reference.

Custom printed catalogs are multi-page publications that display products and/ or
services for customers to view and purchase. Catalogs are published much the same
way as magazine and generally are distributed either by the postal service or through
the Internet.

The standard sizes of catalogs are: 5-1/2"x 8-1/2", 8-1/2"x
11", 11?x 8-1/2"x or 11x 17. However, there are a few retail companies
who have customized sizes and shapes for their catalogs, which are a part of their
trademark.
